Installation

Set up School ERP for your school as a cloud SaaS tenant or a private deployment.

Cloud SaaS (recommended)

1. Sign up at your School ERP provisioning portal (or contact sales)
2. Choose your school name, subdomain, and primary admin email
3. Confirm the activation email
4. Your tenant is ready at https://{your-school}.schoolerp.app

Private / on-premise deployment

Requirements

Component	Minimum
Application server	4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM
Database	PostgreSQL 14+
Storage	50 GB SSD (grows with documents & media)
TLS	Valid HTTPS certificate

High-level steps

1. Provision servers and PostgreSQL
2. Configure environment variables (database, storage, mail)
3. Run database migrations
4. Deploy the application and enable HTTPS
5. Create the first administrator account

After installation

• Configure academic year and campuses
• Invite staff with appropriate user roles
• Import or admit students under Admission
